I love this place! The salon is not in the nicest shopping complex, but I come here for brow waxes and have been many times now. I don't like threading so I only get waxing. I always get my brows done by the owner. She is nice and does such a good job on my brows. I will not go anywhere else in Fort Worth because I think she is so good at trimming and shaping my brows! My sister goes here too.

I’ve been a few times and service is usually pretty quick. I never have to wait long. They do a decent job but most times my brows don’t match. But again, they do a decent job and I can work with it. I recently went again. Had an upcoming date to get ready for. And once they were done, I really wished I had not gone. They literally took chunks out of my skin. On both sides. In multiple places. The girl doing my brows didn’t even say anything. She finished and gave me the mirror and asked did I like my brows. As if we were to just skip over the gashes in my skin. I paid and left and will never return. The least they could’ve done was comp the service for thoroughly messing this up.

The lady that did my lashes today seemed as if she didn't want to do them, and she messed them up, they fell off before I left the parking lot I came back in to get them put back on, the ones that fell off, and she seemed to have had an attitude, like when I'm paying for a service I pay to get them done right and I also tip 🤨

Anna is soooooo dope...she has my lashes and eyebrows looking flawless every two weeks. The rapport she has built with me in such a short period is amazing....and the prices are VERY AFFORDABLE...Anna does not try to up-sale you on services you didn't request. She is honest, and trustworthy...I asked her opinion on the lash services I should get, due to bad allergies which make my eyes watery. Anna recommended the cheaper services of temporary individual lashes for $40 dollars, verses the $200 long lasting individuals. These still last me two weeks easily...Brow Boutique is not about profit, but quality services!!! Services received: lashes, eyebrow threading, and eyebrow tinting...
