Yesterday was my first time going. My job sometimes floats me to this area. It was the first place that came up on my search results, I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I am GLAD I did! Manisha was great. She listened the first time very well to what look I was going for with my eyebrows. She was quick but didn’t feel rushed. I made a return appointment to try their facials. Pricing was reasonable. I got an upper lip, bottom lip and chin wax WITH eyebrow thread and tint for $47! They were polite from the time I walked in until the time I left. Location was easy to find. Please go and experience perfect customer service and product results!

I was disappointed with my visit today. I decided to get lash extensions, the employee did mention that she uses black glue, which I’ve had before without any issues. However, this time it started to irritate my skin. I also wasn’t happy with how the final result looked, so I immediately asked if the lashes could be removed. The employee did remove them, which I appreciated, but I was still charged full price for the service. I also received eyebrow threading and tinting, and I was very happy with those results. When I first arrived, the service was friendly and welcoming as it usually is. However, once I mentioned that I didn’t like the lashes, the staff seemed noticeably less friendly toward me. Ash! Thank you! This was my first time here. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Everyone was kind. Ash was very gentle, kind and informative. I’m impressed! I normally visit another threading location, but I’m so glad I stopped in here today. I love my eyebrows. Thank you again.

I think I found her on Groupon years ago and never been to anyone since ! I drove over 30mins to still come here for my Brazilian wax! 10/10 love it here n love her

Mimi threaded my eyebrows in three minutes flat — faster than my Amazon Prime delivery and way more precise. She snatched those strays like she had a vendetta, and somehow made it look easy.
