Brow Bar - Westshore Plaza

This is close to my house but because of their inability to a stable competent staff has always drive to fowler ave to get my eyebrow done well. Every now and then I back to check if they have a competent staff and the last time I checked about four months ago, I meet this lady and was good and I keep coming and three four times she's gone again. The new person gave me different shape every time I visit. I am done. This is ridiculous.

Change your times on Google if you arent going to be open at 10am..I waited an hr and still no one came..especially during the holiday season??! Come on..what kind of business is this ?

My go-to place to get my brows done! It’s always super easy and fast. Sree does such a great job every time!

I normally go on Fridays and see Alaa for my eyebrows and the past few times I’ve gone in I haven’t seen her and I really wish I just turned around this time when I didn’t see her. My eyebrows have never been this thin and uneven where I can’t even recognize myself. Coming from a daughter of a salon owner herself I can understand the difficulties of servicing people and being hesitant to give feedback until after the services is done and the hardest part, especially with eyebrows, is that you can’t even know until the damage is done. I did mention to the person servicing me today after the fact that these were thin and next to keep them big, but I’m so disappointed on how thin they’ve become after today’s service that I don’t think I will be returning and advise everyone else to see it Al
