I came to your salon today for an eyebrow appointment because one month ago I had my eyebrows done here by a female specialist, and the result was perfect. The shape, the color, and the overall work were professional and beautiful. Today my service was performed by a male specialist. I clearly and specifically requested brown eyebrows. Immediately after the color was applied, it was obvious that the shade was completely wrong and not what I asked for. When I questioned the color used, I had to repeat again that I requested brown. The final result was unacceptable. The eyebrows are extremely uneven, different in length, and poorly shaped. The front of the brows is crooked, and the work looks careless and unprofessional. Angael was AMAZING! This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and he was quick and efficient! Definitely would recommend, and will be back for another round and a brow 10. Did I mention he was real quick with it?? Awesome work.
