Nelly is truly the best in the game!! I have never liked my eyebrows but after getting them laminated and tinted I cannot stop looking at myself! It enhanced my features and gave me my confidence back. Not only is she good at what she does but has the best interest for her clients, I even left with a little goody bag to care for my eyebrows! 10/10 experience♥️
