DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR EYEBROWS! I came in for a simple eyebrow cleanup and was very clear with SUMAN: do not make them smaller, keep the shape, and only clean them up. Despite these explicit instructions, she removed nearly all of my eyebrows completely destroying my natural shape. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked and upset. I asked why she had taken off so much, and instead of apologizing, she laughed in my face and casually said, “They’ll grow back.” That response alone was unbelievably unprofessional. I contacted the manager immediately. Not only did he fail to remedy the situation, but Suman then lied directly to him in front of me, claiming that I asked for thin eyebrows—something I very clearly did not ask for. Harpreet is truly exceptional! She’s been threading my eyebrows for over 13 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Even living in STL, I’ll gladly go out of my way just to see her—she’s that good. I’m done with this place. Every time I come it’s an hour wait at least. Today I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 15 mins and still have an appt and a walk in that was before me. They have 1 person doing this. The appointments are behind 45 mins that they are waiting and walk in one and a half hours. This is BAD for business. They should have 2 employees working. So upset! Been coming here for years and the management has no idea on customer service. Shame on you!!! Go somewhere else. Time is precious and they don’t understand that here.

Suman took off the tale of one of my eyebrows, I told her to keep them thick at the base but she didn’t listen. I have 90s curved brows. Only after I pointed it out she said ‘sorry’ and did a light hearted laugh. She was so nice and talkative but this was unacceptable. I would’ve preferred a silent but accurately symmetrical appointment. ..and of course it’s Thanksgiving week.

I waited 45 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded they proceeded to service folks that came in after me with no appointment didn’t even offer an explanation or acknowledge me I will never come back also to note I was the only colored person that came in I’m sure that had a lot of do with it.
