I loved my eyebrows !!! The girl who did my eyebrows was very professional. Clean & sanitized very organized. Good pricing

I am so disappointed! Ever since the new girls came along they are rude an I guess make up there own hours! I only met one girl to bad I forgot her name she was nice! I came today I get they have a lunch I showed up at 1:45 she was there helping someone I came back not even 5 mins later the worker was gone NO sign that said she was out for lunch another lady showed up we waited she even said she had an appointment! So I waited she came back with her baby put the gone for lunch sign up and sat there! Like I said I can understand they have a lunch but she left didn’t have a sign an had appointment! It’s not the first time this has happened to me It’s so unprofessional only reason why I go here is because I don’t know where else to go! Do better

I was there February 22 and I signed in. the girl working was on her phone the entire time that I checked in and she was finishing up with another client still in the chair when the client got up employee did not clean the chair like I’ve seen the other girls do, she just asked me to sit down still talking on the phone. I thought she was going to hang up before actually threading my eyebrows and she was about to start threading my eyebrows while still on the phone, I stopped her. I got up and I walked away if I’m paying for service especially when it comes to my eyebrows I really want somebody to focus on what they’re doing and not talking about what you’re having for dinner on the phone. 😒

The staff is typically friendly. I have used this service more than a dozen times and I keep going back. The hours posted are not exactly accurate, scheduling online didn’t work as no one was there when I showed up.

I asked the lady if she could leave my eyebrows as thick as possible because I was letting them grow for a long time. She agreed and proceeded with leaving as thin as she could and to top it off she left one eyebrow way different than the other. I was not happy for this service and won’t be coming back. To all honesty it looked like she needed more lessons on how to do eyebrows because she ruined mine. I have to color them in every time now to make them somewhat even, and the point of me doing my eyebrows was to not color them in and just leave them natural. I didn’t want to cause a big scene and I felt like I shouldn’t have paid for this service but I did out of respect for their profession but it’s not fair what was done to me. If I could give 0 starts I would. I did not get the name of
