Brow Art 23

She did my eyelashes so bad I could barely manage to open my eyes. She literally glued my eyes together and when i wanted to removed them it took my natural eyelashes off. Did a horrible job on my eyebrows too. I would not recommend it here. I gave her a good tip just bc she was cool. But they need more experienced people. Never going back there

I usually see the younger lady here & she is nice. Gives direction clearly & gives me the mirror to make sure I’m happy with her work. She even offers to put a little powder to fill them in. The older lady that’s there has a heavy hand & didn't make sure i was okay with her work. She quickly did my eyebrows & hurried me To pay. I had to check in the mirror before I left & noticed she missed a few places. Her excuse was that other people like it that way. She seemed annoyed that I told her to clean it up more. She then said something to the other lady there in her language. This was the worst experience there. If you are thinking on going make sure you don’t go to her. I think the younger lady is there on the weekday. Try then.

I’ve come to this specific brow place since I was a young teen and before moving into its current locale, was a small booth. I have previously loved the work that the women in there did, and knew that if I got any of them, I would be well taken care of. This last visit was not the case. I’m assuming there was a regional manager in while there and a new girl was there who was doing my brows. The manager kept speaking loudly and laughing, which was distracting the woman removing hair off of my face. She then asks me a question and pokes my arm like we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic. After I pay and I’m walking out of the door, manager says something loudly and starts laughing, which, if she wasn’t speaking about me, fine. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7 years now and I have never had tears in my eyes during and after. During because it hurt SO BAD, especially when she took off skin and not my hair, plus it took forever to be done. After because she took off all the hair I had, my eyebrows are very full but after I had THIN eye brows. I will never come here again and recommend to everyone that loves a good pair of eyebrows not to come here. I loved my eyebrows and now I have to begin a process on growing them back. I only tried this place because it was closer than my usual place. P.S.: This was the one in the Crystal Mall, WATERFORD, CT.

Sunita is the only person I let touch my eyebrows. Its been this way for about 3 years, maybe a little more. She really is amazing. I only gave this place 4 stars because like someone stated below, some of the other artists didn't do as grand a job and they did butch them a little but Sunita does not disappoint. So much so that I am leaving a review. She is so patient too. I'm very picky. I always used to examine them before I left and this required me waiting a minute or two til i could see clearly again. If I have any questions or comments she listened and did exactly what i wanted (unless it was a wrong desicion then she wouldnt let me, but she'd explain why and how it would mess with my brows). I can literally go on and on about this place. I love her and will continue to drive almost
