Trusting someone with your eyebrows is always difficult! I needed my eyebrows threaded. I found them as I was walking through the mall. I’m so happy I took a leap of faith and went with them. I will definitely keep going back! She did one of the best jobs with my eyebrows and with some of the other prices in the area. They are so affordable for the results because beyond my expectations. She even asked if I wanted my lip threading which I was so happy she did because I would’ve never asked myself and I needed it. Made me feel super comfortable. It was very quick.

She ruined my eyebrows. I can stand for some differences, but my shape is completely ruined until they grow out again. Truly upsetting since it was the day of my cousin’s wedding and I went in the morning with hopes of just having my eyebrows cleaned up, not butchered. Before and After pictures:

At first when I walked and was checking in on the ipad the employee was breathing down my neck watching me do it when I was trying to decide what service I wanted done. When I told her I didn’t need help, she still didn’t move. Then she does my eyebrows like this. This is the worst my brows ever been done in my life. They’re uneven and she used tweezers to make the left brow (your right on picture) really skinny. Considering my birthday week I am very disappointed and sad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Even I realized she was rude and dismissive I didn’t want to ask her to fix because she was huffing and puffing. This was the older lady who usually sits on the couch and does nothing when I visit and wears glasses.

tldr: THEY DON’T SEEM TO BE OPEN. I have been going to this location for a few years now, about every two months, and they have always done a good job. I’m upset because I have tried several times to go since they have moved in the mall to their new location and it is always closed. The gates are always down even when stating they are open on their website and there is no sign on the gate for an explanation either.
