Brow Art 23

Ihave been coming here for some time. Today I went for wax services and had to wait for 3hrs because Nadia was unavailable. Atu was very unpleasant and unaccomodating. She wouldn't even let me use the restroom even though she knew I was waiting on her colleague for service. Horrible service and a complete waste of time. Reply to owner. I am not sure what you mean by "this area" isn't this a picture of your store in Columbia mall in Columbia MD lol.

For my daughter. Folks were so friendly and kind. I spent 45 min in lobby while daughter got her stuff done and the customers and staff were like old friends and family. Very welcoming. Did a great job on whatever the eyelash treatment is to keep them looking nice for months.

I have been coming to them since they were on the first floor of the mall! ( years) My brow lady is always kind And polite and she gets my eyebrows perfect every time!!

I’ve been coming to Brow Art 23 for years. Arzoo is amazing and always a joy to see. That said, the AC hasn’t worked during my last two visits, and it was unbearably hot. I asked a staff member, and they said management was aware but nothing had been done. That’s unacceptable. I could barely stand 20 minutes—how are the employees expected to work full shifts in that heat? Do better for your staff and your customers.

I just had a very unpleasant interaction with the people at brow art. Long story short I was not happy with the result. And I told her all I can pay for the service and half my eyebrow now missing is $5 and then she proceeded to say it was my fault. That I didn’t specify and I didn’t show a picture. Then proceeded to say if I didn’t have the money I shouldn’t have came. Mind you it’s a $15 appointment. I definitely could have had a better attitude but the extra blaming and the no money commentary but soooo unprofessional. Please don’t go here because they won’t take fault of their mistakes. And if they do mess up please speak up and don’t just pay because it’s cheap. Stay safe!
