Brow Art 23

This place was hard to find. It's a kiosk inside the mall. I had to ask some ladies at Ulta where it was. When I found it, it was called something else, and they were closed. Google info needs to be updated for sure.

Quick & efficient! Walked in today & had fabulous eyebrows in less than 5 minutes. Will be back

Now called Eyes of the World, they do a very good job on eyebrows and upper lip. I highly recommend.
