Brow Art 23

It is really hard to stand out with eyebrow threading. The lady who did mine asked if I was happy with how thick they were - they clearly needed to be made slightly thinner. She did an excellent job and my eyebrows are nicely shaped and the right thickness. I usually don't go to the mall for eyebrow threading but I was there for other reasons and needed to get it done. Glad I did! Adding the price list as it is not advertised anywhere and a bit of a pet peeve when not.

If you’re looking for a hygienic place to do your brows this isn’t it! I was seated and I waited in the chair a few minutes looking up preparing myself mentally because most times it’s a bit painful…. The overall service was well but my husband told me why I didn’t ask her to wash or sanitize her hand honestly I didn’t pay attention to what she was doing behind me… but yeah she didn’t wash or sanitize her hand or wear gloves she went straight in! My husband also mentioned it’s not hygienic to have the thread that goes on your skin around their neck…. And too top it off when we walked in she was holding her leg with her foot on the chair and touching her face and nose area…… honestly I was wonder why her hands smelled like she had just had pancakes with syrup…. Extremely unhappy with the service at the Mall of America Brow Art 23. The woman who threaded my teen daughter took forever going over the same area several times and left small slit cuts on her eyelids. This pic is two days later and you can see how they've scabbed over. I didn't notice the cuts until we'd left the store and she complained of it being painful. I took her back in and showed both the women who did the threading and the other one who seemed senior the cuts and they just said it happens sometimes. I've had my brows threaded multiple times and this has never happened. My daughter has had it done a handful of times and she has never had it happen before. At minimum there should have been an apology. And as we were leaving the one who cut her said she didn't hold her skin tig

LITERALLY DOES NOT EXIST! They closed the location but the Google Maps shows it OPEN....

I never write negative reviews. But this girl deserves it, she was talking on the phone while she was doing my eyebrows, she never even say “ hi “ because she was talking on her phone all the time !!!!!! When she was done with my eyebrows I realized she made a terrible hole in 1 on my eyebrows… It’s been almost a month and my eyebrow never came back I have to put a lot of makeup to cover it still… is the first time something like that happens to me.. I’m so sad and mad.
