Brow Art 23

If I could give a zero review, I would. I just left Brows Art 23. The technician butchered my eyebrows and lashes. She had no clue as to what she was doing. She was so terrible that she glued eyebrow tape to my lashes and was ripping them off. Additionally, I was in there about 2 hours. She should not be allowed to perform services.

I’m a regular customer I usually go to this location because I live in the city. They do an excellent job on eyebrow threading for only $12 and I normally tip an extra $3-5 for the fast friendly service. The only reason its not 5 stars is because my most recent visit 1/9/2020 I was asked to wait 15-20 minutes before receiving service and there was no one in front of me. I was friendly about it but was honestly in a rush I had to get back to work. In all it took about 30 minutes for eyebrows. She still did an excellent job but when I didn’t tip she looked disappointed and looked like she wanted to say something. For future reference, don’t ask a customer to wait 20 minutes so you can finish whatever your doing and still expect a tip.

I am very pleased with the service, courtesy and personal attention that I receive from Yasmin. This is my second visit and I feel like I’ve been going here for years. I live 20 miles away, however, the service is well worth the trip. I had the chance to meet regular customers of Yasmin. They all sang her praises. I understand why. Thanks to my friend Chris for recommending Brow Art 23 @ Lenox Square Mall.

Very very bad services and she said don’t come back again bcoz I haven’t gave tip to her !! Very bad don’t visit this store she didn’t even good job for my brows don’t hire these kind of people !!

Horrible. Ripped my skin, took hairs off the middle of my brows, insulted my daughter.
