Brow Art 23

I don’t know how long this is going to take to grow back….. I gave the lady specific instructions. She basically took off my left eyebrow and left the right one shapeless. Both eyebrows have random hairs that did not get removed. It’s easily the most terrible threading job I’ve ever gotten. And my eyebrows are now far apart and thinned out. The pic of my full face is how they were. The pic of the eyebrows is what she did to me. Do NOT go here. Just don’t.

I've been getting my eyebrows serviced at this establishment for almost 10 YEARS and have always loved them. I've brought friends and family in as well, always trusting that they'd do a great job. However, this last service was extremely subpar. When I said that I was not satisfied and that my eyebrows didn't even resemble distant cousins, I was told that they have many costumers and no one has been dissatisfied and that it was not her (older lady with orange hair) fault that my one eyebrow was noticeably thicker and differently arched than the other. I told her I'd been a customer for many years and have never been dissatisfied; but she literally butchered my eyebrows. Her response was "I made $600 yesterday." And that may very well be the case, but they'll never make another dollar from

I visited this location on February 7, and unfortunately had a very poor threading experience. The technician, Hourvash, made my eyebrows excessively thin and uneven—they look noticeably different from each other. I also experienced numerous cuts during the service. While I understand that minor nicks can occasionally happen with threading, this was far beyond normal; the entire right side of my forehead was red afterward. When I raised my concerns, I was told this was “normal,” which has never been my experience in over 20 years of threading. Additionally, gloves were not used, which is concerning given that cuts occurred. I would have appreciated acknowledgment of the issue or a more professional response. Genuinely never come here. Older lady with orange hair did my brows and i asked her to keep my thick eyebrows but just clean them up and shape them a bit. I'm genuinely astonished as she took off the front part of my eyebrow. It's completely off centered I'm so dissatisfied with this server.

I been coming here for a long time and I never been so disappointed 😭 I literally cried, that’s how bad it was that I literally cried. The lady named Hourvash. Don’t even know how to do her job correctly. She left one of my eyebrows very thin with no shape 😭😭. You know when they said your eyebrows aren’t twins there sister. Will let me say there nether. If she doesn’t know how to do a simple thing (cleanup) she need to get fired
