Sadly, after nearly a decade of being a loyal customer, I’m not sure if I will be returning. After my most recent appointment, my eyebrows were left damaged—threading caught my skin and caused a tear, and a noticeable chunk of my eyebrow was removed. This has never happened to me here before. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. I felt more like the next appointment in line than an individual client. While it’s understandable that the business was busy, the lack of attention to detail was evident, and I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the results. I got my brows done by a woman who I’ve never seen in there before. (I checked the schedule on the website and it said her name was Sally? I honestly don’t remember what it said at sign in). I’ve gone here for the past 5 years and thought it would be fine— well, I regret it. The woman who normally does my brows always does an amazing job so, I didn’t that Sally would be any different. I was wrong. She made my eyebrows so uneven where one is shorter and more straight than the other. Honestly, it’s so upsetting and I’ll never have her do my brows ever again.

way too overpriced. tried taking a picture of my boyfriend getting his eyebrows done and got yelled at for taking a video because someone asked if i was. unsure of what the service ladies name was. was also asking. about prices and she said 4 would be 55 but then turned around an said no 17 a person. which is what the thing said but unsure why she would say 55 for 4 people and turn around and change it. it used to be a way better experience. probably won’t go again.

I go to Sally LITERALLY every 2 weeks! She truly is caring and helpful! I’ve been going to brow arc for the past 3 years and it never fails! Jyoti is great too! Love them both. I recommend going at a non busy time to avoid waiting long!

It took me some time to write this, but my last three visits here were very disappointing. I’ve decided to go somewhere else. I really tried to give them another chance, but three times in a row is too much. For whatever reason, they just can’t get my eyebrows right. I missed Rita.
