Brow Arc - Indian River Mall

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. After reading the reviews, I was surprised by the 4.6 rating, but decided to give the place a try despite noticing a recent negative review. I arrived at 11:07 a.m. on Saturday and was assisted by an older technician. My eyebrows grow very minimally, so I specifically requested a light touch-up around the edges. Unfortunately, my request was not followed. A significant portion of my eyebrows was removed, leaving them uneven—one brow is noticeably higher and longer than the other. I have never had such a poor experience with an eyebrow service. I personally had the worst experience with this place. My eyebrows are ruined. They are literally 1/4th of the size they were when I came in. I asked for them to be “cleaned up” not a 90s skinny brow. I specifically told the girl that I looked horrible with skinny eyebrows and that thankfully I have so much that if someone does mess them up they’ll grow back. Well guess what, Paris messed them up. They look awful. I just sat in the car and cried once I got out. Not to mention, hairs were missed so not only do I have a skinny freaking nonexistent arch literally messed my entire shape up, but it’s not even done cleanly. I had such a great experience at the Brow Arc in Indian River Mall! The team is super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My brows came out perfectly shaped—natural, clean, and exactly how I like them. The salon is very clean and well-kept, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. I really appreciated the attention to detail. If you’re near Indian River Mall and need your brows done right, this is the place to go!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I just love their work. I have been coming to his place since 2016 and lots of different employees have done my eyebrows, but all of them have done a excellent job. They literally treat my eyebrows with such delicatessen and so professional that I always walk out so happy. Prices are good and have been the same over years! I’ve been coming here for two years. My daughter and I are very particular about our eyebrows and this place has always delivered. All the ladies are friendly and there’s hardly a wait. Maryam is our favorite. She does my daughter’s brows perfectly.
