Brotherhood Barber Shop

I’ve been to this barbershop a few times before for walk-in cuts, but this visit completely ruined any reason to come back. I walked in for a haircut and ended up sitting there for over two hours without a single barber acknowledging me or giving any indication of how long the wait would be. No updates, no estimates, nothing. That level of disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism and organization. There is no proper booking or appointment system unless you personally know one of the barbers. If you’re not a regular or don’t have a personal connection, you’re basically left sitting around hoping someone eventually takes you. A simple online booking system or even basic communication would go a long way, but neither exists

Decent cuts for the price. Wait times are long and you’ll probably get random people cutting you in the line cause they’re cool with the barber. Expect to wait a couple hours to get a mid cut

Walked in heard about this place heard they do bread and hair 15 how ever I went to the first chair summit and he was very nice but after I noticed some spot he missed and he told me that too it's fine which it was not you could see little hair sticking out he did fix it and the only other thing is they do not do full haircuts they did not use straight razor like every haircut place and he said they don't have that but yet I saw it in the draw and he pushed it closed and said it's only for beards but okay price was good but was a rushed service
