I have had some really bad experiences with dentist in the past which has developed into really bad anxiety. Over the weekend I had really bad pain in the left side of my mouth. After searching online for a dentist that takes me insurance, I found this office. I made an appointment online for 9am yesterday morning. I kept telling my husband I dont want to be here, crying silently so other patients didn't see. My husband kept telling me were staying. Yessi called me back to do xrays, I had already told my husband I wanted him to go with me. She told him she would come back and get him. Had an emergency, and Brookshire Dentistry got me right in and repaired the tooth. The staff was fantastic and efficient as they worked as a team to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I want to thank them for a wonderful experience in a not so wonderful situation!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this dental office.The woman who referred as hygienist and called herself from Iran, was really worst. Not only she was unprofessional, but she seemed far more interested in trying to take money than actually providing the services I came for. I bought Groupon coupons for both of my parents for regular check up, Xray and cleaning. At first they have checked and did the xray, so Dentist recommended the deep cleaning for my dad which was acceptable by looking xray. Since we dint have insurance, I told them to wait till next time. And then when Dentist examined to my mum, she has mentioned to do regular cleaning, dint recommend to do deep cleaning, and do filling on the cavity. She asked to wait till this hygienist came. I have been a patient of Brookshire Dentistry for quite a few years.. a change in insurance made me have to go somewhere else ( Bridental dental 😡) but I'm definitely back we had a slight issue but they went above and beyond to right it... I feel heard here, I feel they are knowledgeable here, I like it here!!

This place is horrible only one staff member was pleasant and that the lady in the front staff. Everyone else not so pleasant. Absolute worst I would not recommend anyone to work or get treatment here. The Dentist hangs up during professional conversations. And they lie.
