Came for a press & im in love! my hair touches my back so I was about iffy about it coming out just how I wanted it to … and they did not disappoint. - My fee was only $140 and i added so many things to my service

Doesn’t show up on time to open the salon, I was told yesterday that they’d be open at 9:30, and here I am at 10:21 (waited in the bodega to the left), and waisted my time when I could’ve been receiving quality service somewhere else …. Absolute waste of my time.

I wanna give them a 0 if I could. My hair is so damaged. I got my hair serviced with them December 19th and I’ve washed my hair 3 times since and my hair is still straight. They definitely put chemicals in their products. Black Women STAY AWAY!!!! My hair has been coming out nonstop and I haven’t put a perm in my hair since 2014 smh ill never go back to them

Ms. Nancy is very helpful and tries her best to give you what you want. Just like with any stylist, over communication is never a bad thing. Especially because English is her second language. The prices are very reasonable. If you want to have reduced heat to protect your curl pattern, I’d suggest bringing your own heat protectant product and communicating that you want as little heat as possible. She trimmed my daughter’s hair blew it out, and pin curled it for picture day. It needs a bit more of a trim, but we will come back for that later. My girl is so happy with her picture day look! I went to Brooklyn Dominican Hair Salon on Friday and had Nancy slayed work her magic, and wow, she really did! She transformed my hair, giving it so much body, volume, and life. I received so many compliments, and my bob was seriously bobbing! I’m in love with it and will definitely be seeing Nancy every time. Thank you again, Nancy! 🥰🤗
