Jonny is wonderful! Caring, compassionate, and patient. I have seen a marked change only two days after a session. The pain and tension that I have been feeling in my right shoulder/neck area has all but disappeared! Years of just dealing with it; toughing it out, gone. If I could give him 10/10 I would.

After training nonstop for five months for the marathon, I injured my adductor during my final training session. I stopped immediately and booked an appointment with Jonny for the next day—I had never met him before. That same night, I woke up with intense pain in the injured area. The marathon was only four days away, and at that point, I couldn’t even walk without discomfort. I was certain it was over. When I arrived, I told Jonny there probably wasn’t much he could do. I explained the situation, and he simply said, "I don’t know if I can get you to the finish line, but I’ll do my best to get you to the starting line." I was in town for a work trip and my wife booked a session for me with Claire. She did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and explaining how she works. She was intuitive but also technical. She focused on some problem areas and gave me some exercises to continue working on some of the tight areas. Definitely recommend working with her!

Jonny was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns pre-session, and was very knowledgeable and targeted. I felt very comfortable and it helped a lot. The space was super cool and zen as well. I’ll be back!

First rate massage! Jonny is an excellent and thoughtful masseuse, I felt completely at ease and very well taken care of. The massage itself was targeted to the points that needed the most help, and the muscles felt so much better immediately afterwards and in the following days. The studio is very comfortable and clean, too! I can't wait to return. Thank you!
