Best Beauty Outlet I've been to, and I have been to a lot. The service was so high quality. I went in not knowing anything and I was looking for something specific for my skin, Little did I know the sweet Lady came up and directed me to the right product and it worked wonders. I am very thankful that this store is in NYC, I will come again and make sure to buy something else I might need in the future.

Staff is rude and the shop is a little pricey. One lady mocked me. Yes you read that right, MOCKED me, making me feel stupid, as if I'm a burden being there. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. While trying to cash out, the other lady was dismissive and rude, helping someone else. The good thing about this shop is that they have a great selection of products. The bad thing is the staff. Get better, more helpful staff, and lower prices just a bit, and it would be easily a 5 star shop. What 's the point of being rude and unhelpful when you need my money for the business to flourish?

While I was able to get everything I needed, I was not too thrilled with a lack of offer of a bag to get my things. Most places offer the customer a bag and tell them the charge just in case. The cashier never offered while I was making my purchase, and my concern is that what if I didn't have an extra bag to spare? I would be forced to spend $5 in card just to get a $1 bag. Bad customer service. Smh.

The young lady with the dreads is the best. She's helped me pick & style many different wigs. She's very helpful & informative.
