Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The first technician completely messed up my nails, and the owner had to step in to fix them — but even after that, they still weren’t what I originally asked for. The nails turned out thick, uneven, and started lifting within two weeks. The owner ( Tiffany) was even correcting the employee during the service because things weren’t being done properly, like filing and buffing. I spent over $220 for services for myself and my mom, and I also asked beforehand if they were comfortable working with someone who has Alzheimer’s. Sadly, there was very little patience or care shown. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price we paid

Very clean and nice place to be while getting a service done. They are definitely pricey that is the one main down fall. I typically will only go to Bella I just love the way she does my nails. she is so precise and takes her time to make sure her work is her absolute best. She is very talented and always does what u ask for! The one guy who works there who they call T is also very talented and does a great job as well!! Both of the nails I pictured are dip powder done by Bella. I got so many compliments on the evil eye design everyone loved it!

I went there for the first time today and had a horrible experience! The services I paid for was an acrylic refill and a spa pedicure. Clearly their prices are noted on the wall and it states that an acrylic refill is $35 but I was charged $50. I paid $50 for a spa pedicure and got a regular pedicure, no massage, no hot stones no …false advertisement! Once I got to the counter to pay the $85 for my services they told me it was $125. They charged me an additional $5 to take the gel polish off my toes & they charge me an additional $15 for the refill so instead of paying $35 they charge me $50 for an acrylic refill. So in nutshell, they were charging me an extra $40 Because they thought they were going to get away with it. The way the nail tech did my nails I’ll need a refill by the end of
