Bronze Bay Tanning Center

Bronze Bay is a very nice salon, and the girls who work there in person are friendly and welcoming. As a first-time customer, I signed up for a VIP Level Five membership on January 10 and was charged $18 at that time. I was explicitly told that the month of January would be prorated and that I would not be charged the full membership amount until February 15. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service outside of the salon has been extremely disappointing. I have been communicating via text with someone named Katie, and the customer service through this text thread has been unprofessional and frustrating. She has not returned my phone calls and has ignored the majority of my text messages. When she did respond, I was told that my issue could not be resolved until next week, despite

The people who work here are outstanding and they know their job well. The place itself is clean, spotless and inviting. You can almost always walk in and get whatever type of bed or tan you need right away. Their prices are fair depending on how often you feel the need to go and they have a variety of ways you can pay or package deal what you need. Can't recommend them enough.

I had an amazing experience at Bronze Bay Tanning Salon! Nate, the manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions with a smile. The salon itself is spotless — very clean and well-maintained — and the tanning beds have strong bulbs that give a great glow without burning.
