I truly enjoyed my time at the House of Natural. My loc extension appointment was fast and done so professionally! The shop is clean and they respect all of the covid-19 rules. The staff is extremely friendly. They make sure that you receive exactly what you ask for and they work very fast. I will always go back here for my retwist or any other style. I’ve already recommended this spot to all of my friends/family who are looking to get any beautiful new hairstyle ASAP! 👏🏾😁

I hate that I had to change my five star review. I went there for the second time and it felt like they were making me wait on purpose. I know they were busy. I was being pretty patient. Maybe I was a little frustrated, but I didn’t say anything, but that felt intentional like the owner didn’t want to do my hair. It was making me wait on purpose. I’m sad. I had to leave her a bad review. I really liked the salon. apparently I should’ve read the reviews because the blonde lady was the issue. I’m the type of person that would’ve brought my whole family and gave her business but because I didn’t like the way she treated me I will not be returning. I’m walked out of there with a head undone. After hours of patiently waiting.

UPDATE: Owner. I acknowledged that I forgot the locs. Your response proves you have no empathy, compassion, customer service and basic people skills. According to you, by the way I was asking and kept on repeating the same thing about letting my locs look good that "TROUBLE WAS COMING". So me, already not feeling good about my hair and asking you a question SEEKING REASSURANCE is "trouble coming"? NOTED. If you wanted to do my hair you wouldn't have walked away and let me walk out your store when I politely took off the towel. Nor would you respond and call me "trouble". Like I said, thank you for the negative experience. I went somewhere else, said the same thing and she laughed and said "don't worry, I got you".
