Brockway Hair Design

This was my second visit. The first was " ok" however I thought I would try again in hopes of a better cut. I came in for a cut/style with Lauren. I was at a complete loss for words! It looked nothing like the pic I showed her. I asked for a shag with allot of texture (messy look if you will) I left with an old lady do that was flipped outward. She chopped my bangs, actually it's a chunk of hair, doesn't even blend. I'm beyond upset. I even left a good tip in hopes I could style it better myself, wrong! It wasn't until then that I saw all the mistakes. I'm easy going, but I felt better about informing the public if you will. I'm still stuck with this.

My stylist quit the business and I was struggling to find somebody as talented to replace her. I was at my wits end! I had taken my daughter to Brockway before so I called and asked for the manager and was lucky enough that Marcella answered the phone. We booked an appointment and I am happy to say I have found a new home! She fixed The mistakes the other stylist made and got my hair back on track. What a relief to feel whole again! Thank you, Marcella , You are the best!!

My mom had been a loyal client here for a long time when Alyssa was working at the salon — she always had a great experience. Unfortunately, since Alyssa left, our recent visit was really disappointing. Lauren asked my mom to come in around 4:45 (or earlier if possible), so I left work early to make sure she got there on time. Despite that, she was left waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation or update. There was no communication, no apology, and no effort to let us know what was going on. We understand that things happen and schedules can run behind, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way — especially when clients make an effort to be on time. Really unfortunate experience.

I absolutely LOVE my hair! Alysa did an amazing job with my curls; they're better than they've been in years! The shape she cut helps with frizz too. This is the best salon I've been to. Wishing Alysa and the team all the best! FYI: the haircut and conditioning treatment was extremely affordable!
