Poor customer service. Diego was horrible! My nail broke within 24 hours after a fill in. I went back and paid $6. He put a square tip instead of coffin shape and it showed. When I walked out I noticed he carelessly put the wrong color on my nails. I had to go back inside to have someone else fix it but the quality of that wasn’t the best. I will not be sitting in his chair ever again. Talking on the phone the whole service, so unprofessional. Care more, maybe you will get more tips and business!

my first time. Not the best experience. Very hot in there. The pedicure was overpriced. The lady seemed frustrated that I didn’t want gel which costs more. She barely massaged my legs and the barely scrubbed with the callus remover that was included. She put my sandals on too soon and I noticed a smudge with missing polish later that afternoon on my big toe. I did like the ability to book online and they did take me reasonably quick .

I went there today and first spoke with a lady named Jenny, but when I asked her name, she told me it was Tina, which was a little confusing. I kept asking for short nails since I can’t work with long ones, but she insisted that short nails are “ugly” and ignored my request. When I got home, I realized I couldn’t work with the nails and even hurt myself. I called back, explained the situation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tammy assisted me, and I really appreciate her flexibility and hard work. She was fast, kind, and did exactly what I asked for. Thank you, Tammy—I hope I pronounced your name correctly! :)

Diego did a nice Job. The French tip was pretty nice . I asked for Chrome and he just picked whatever Chrome he wanted lol The chrome pooled at the bottom of my nail so thats kind of a rookie move but its okay. Also It's $10 to remove the previous Gel job. Diego used a nail buffer and it HURT, for $10 I paid to only file off my previous nail job. I wish the guy would have soaked my nails and put alluminum but maybe he wanted to hurry. I just appreciate consideration and care is my only critique. Other than that my nails were pretty alright This place always has really talented people doing nails, just gotta have the best person do your nails.

First time I ever went and Received gel pedicure and gel-x nails and laid over $100 dollars. Service took a bit over 3 hours for nails to be done bc of design- nails didnt even last a week and the pedicure lady completely cut my foot because they attempted to get an ingrown but totally cut my big toe leaving it swollen and infected. (Would show a photo but its gross) Cant wear shoes for two weeks now bc of the big toe infection. Completely over priced and not worth it. Never returning
