Broadway Nails & Lashes

Ive been here before for a pedicure only and I had a good experience however I was a bit disappointed getting my nails done on my last visit. I attached photos of what I asked for and what I got. They just look uneven, and the paint is super patchy and it does not at all look like what I wanted. They’re not horrible but definitely not worth the $80 in my opinion. In addition to not looking great, the tech did a poor job at cleaning up the excess acrylic and dip from the sides and undersides of my nails, making them super uncomfortable. the staff was super nice but I am just disappointed in how my nails turned out and how much we ended up paying. The young woman doing my nails was very confident. I was excited to see the finished product...the confidence is unwarranted. The nails were flipped up at the edges. They all were scale shaped not almond. The tips of the nails were jagged and in parts pointed. The nails were attached to my fingers in spots and hurt like fire to get off of my fingers. There was paint all over my fingers. I now have to pay 110 dollars to have a wasted 65 dollars nail refill and paint. They never offered a refund, only to fix what was broken. What reason would I have to come back in and have them made worse. The pictures don't do this nail job justice.

Peter was very professional. Went with a sparkly red French V coffin shape gel on acrylic. My nails don’t feel weighted and feel and look natural. (My normal nails are not this beautiful). Thank you Peter! Coming back for fills again

We went in as walk in and Mac help us get situated with our nail techs. I was attended Peter. He was very fast and good an amazing job. This was a gift from my cousin for my bday. Thank you for hitting us both in so quickly

It’s a reason why Broadway nails and lashes was rated best in San Antonio for 2024 and 2025. You are greeted with world class personalities and this place is very clean. They are very professional. They treated my mother like the Queen she is ! I will be recommending these people to everyone !!! The ambience is amazing. The environment is very comforting.
