I’m very disappointed with this place. I went in to get just my ends trimmed just my ends. When I arrived, the lady (who I’m pretty sure is the owner or manager) was working on another client’s hair. She rushed to get me in the chair but kept going back and forth between me and the other girl she was already working on. I told her twice that I only wanted my ends trimmed since they were damaged and to please watch the length. Well, she proceeded to give me the worst haircut ever. She cut off almost five inches of my hair and added some weird, choppy layers that look absolutely hideous! I didn’t even notice how bad it was at first because she had one of her “assistants” dry my hair while she tried to push a keratin treatment on me something I never asked for. Went here while I was in town from chicago for a funeral. Google reviews led me to choose them. I am so happy with my results. I absolutely recommend them. Thank you to Patty for making me look pretty.

I was looking for a new hair dresser, and I was visiting in the area. Patty, the owner, was the one doing my perm. I thought she was friendly and professional. My hair is short, but she was able to apply the blue roller to my hair. My wife and I were very happy with the results. The place has walk-in service and very reasonable. I will return!

I went there with a mess on my hands. My hair was aweful from a lady who cut it all off and glued hair extensions with household super glue to my head. So when I got to San Antonio I had to find a place to fix my hair for me. The lady who cut my hair to even it out right did amazing and then the owner told me to go buy more extensions and she would put them in for $80. I don't speak any Spanish but she was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and she did amazing. I thought the price was really low and I was concerned at first but I was wrong. She did an awesome job and I wish she was in Arkansas to do it in the future☹️. I would almost travel to San Antonio if it wasn't so far and just let her do my hair in the future.
