Very bad customer service i shop there all the time so i went in and purchased a oufit as soon as i realized wrong size same day same package cant even replace for bigger size so 30 dollars waisted yal come in our neighbors and rip us off because u think u got one up WE NEED NOT TO SHOP THERE they do nothing for us

Items over priced, I buy this crochet hair all the time. Normally there 12 pcs per string, total 36 a pack.. I counted this time, they changed it to 8 pcs per string, total 24 a pack..same price 🤔. Why ppl got to be so crookit..smh

I like this store, but WATCH THE SCREEN AS THEY RING YOU UP & ALWAY CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before leaving!! multiple times, they have added a small charge for a product i haven't bought. Or not typed in the sale price, and charged me the original price. they knew exactly what they did. when i called them on the extra charge for a nonexistent product, she didn't seem shocked, hardly glanced in my bag, quickly apologized & refunded my money. If it wasn't for their sketchy ways I'd give 5 stars cause the store is nice and they have a wide variety of products.

One of my favorite places for cosmetic supplies one place I can always count on finding good deal whether it be makeup or in there huge selection of fashionable wigs. Usually can't decide on one so why not get two.

Was looking for a lanyard and grabbed one off a rack that said 2.99. It rung up 5.99 I simply said I didn’t want it because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I saw no point of buying. As I continued to look around bit I overheard the store worker say “how did she possibly think it was $2 if clearly has a sticker”. I’d never been here before and it was a slight mix up but I just found that very rude. Sad to say but I won’t be coming back. Good Customer service goes a long way.
