I’ve been here many times, but this was a first. Had gel pedicure for our vacation and 2 days later, while in Florida, my toe started to bleed out of nowhere. The nail partially detached along with the polish. Happened to two other toe nails. I know why it happened: my nails weren’t properly prepped: I mentioned to my person that I had a little leftover gel from my previous pedicure still left on the nail and she didn’t remove it. Won’t be back.

Had my 3rd visit ever there today and it was such a great experience!!! Vivian and Lena are so sweet and helpful!! Vivian is the best she took her time and paid special attention to detail and completely fixed my one toenail that I had a procedure on a year ago. She also gave me the best manicure ever! Highly highly recommend!

I truly am in disbelief as I write this review. I have been coming to this salon for the past 3 years. Just recently had an appointment. Was taken back; He proceeds to take my nails off and less then 5 minutes later says “oh my client is here”. Stops what he’s doing, gets up and says I either have to have my nails done by someone else or I have to wait. I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly as a customer. It was the scheduling persons fault and when I asked what could be done about it she said nothing. I either have to wait or have someone else do my nails. Well I didn’t want anyone else to do them. I specifically drove all the way there to have them done by a specific person. I was not offered any kind of discount, no apology nothing. I got the phone number for the manager

They don't take direction well and are not accommodating to the customer... My 12 year-old daughter walked in with her grandmother to get a regular polish French manicure with high arches. (She has healthy nails and doesn't wear acrylics nor gel). She showed a picture of acrylic nails just to show the style. The salon tried to convince her to get acrylics. When that didn't work, they told her to get gel. She called me to ask me what to do and I told her to ask for a regular French manicure. She asked, and a gentleman in the background told her it would chip, it wouldn't look good and she should get gel. My daughter deals with anxiety and started getting upset. I visited this salon on Saturday, June 21st, shortly after they opened, for gel polish on both my hands and feet. My experience, unfortunately, was very disappointing. I was first seated with Henry to have my nails done. Throughout the service, he was unnecessarily rough, yanking my arms every time he wanted to switch sides. He also cut into my nail beds. When it came time to choose a polish color, he presented me with only one small sample book and insisted those were all the options available. When I tried to ask a question about the colors, he cut me off, saying, “Just tell me the number you want.” I explained that I was unsure if the shade I was looking at leaned more brown or gray, and he dismissively replied, “You’re a smart girl, you can figure it out.” After finishing my nails, h
