Make sure before she touches your hair, she understood what cut you want. She pretends that she knows what you said even if I show her the haircut that I want, she still doesn’t know how to cut it! Either the language barrier or the skill of cutting hair itself, she is clueless of what she was doing! I ended up having my hair look like a “coconut husk” because of her! Now I have to wear a hat for a while till it grows back! I’m not coming back here!

Joanne is AWESOME! Her attention to detail is so good. I used to go to Great Clips before going to her. All they ever do at Great Clips is focus on getting you out the door ASAP to increase revenue flow for their franchisees. There's a reason why you always see new hair stylists at Great Clips every month.

Best kept secret in Santa Ana. Never a wait, $12 cut and very friendly barber. Yes, she is a female but she has been cutting hair for 18 years and knows how to give a fade. 10/10 recommend.
