Briller Nails Lounge

I found this place by accident, but it’s a good find. I really love their selection of “cat eye” colors, especially their sparkly unicorn cat eye collection - I’ve gotten lots of compliments, even from clueless guys. I haven’t seen those colors anywhere else. They get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. This place also sells beverages if that’s your thing.

My time with Briller nails has come to an end. The pricing is ridiculous. I just had a $102 bill for a gel pedicure with French tips, a soak off and a manicure (didn’t get my nails painted, i just wanted the manicure because I’m taking a break from acrylic and want my nails to be presentable). A French gel pedicure is $62???? And a manicure is $30??? And ofcourse i was charged $10 for my soak off so $40 for a polish-less manicure. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up! Yea i see why press ons are the wave now. And on top of that they give a complementary wine and mine had a weird after taste so i asked if i could please have another one and they said no. lol i literally only took a sip, my glass was full and they couldn’t help me out after i spent over $100? And the wine is barefoot. Me

used to love going here, but they have raised their prices tremendously and charge for every little thing and you don’t realize it until you go pay. My nails used to last almost a month with no issues but the past few months I’ve had to keep going back to get them repaired for chips or my acrylics falling off after having them for less than a week. I asked for a pink & white ombré set and I ended up getting a nude ombré even after showing them a reference picture. went back to explain the situation and how I didn’t get what I wanted the day after and they still charged me for another fill to change the color after I had already spent $120 on the original set. they have great workers but the price and will to fix their own mistakes has made it where i will not be returning.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I have been here several times for a pedicure and always choose the Pharaoh Pedicure, which includes a clearly labeled, specific kit. If you’ve had this service before, you know exactly what it entails. Today, however, I was given packets that were not consistent with my previous experiences. The service is advertised and priced to include a gold-infused body scrub, body butter, and full treatment, but that is not what I received. When I questioned this, I was told it was “just a different packet” and that the nail technician could do the same thing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I’ve come here a few times, no issues. Don’t always like what I get but it’s never bad. My issue with today’s visit was a real disappointment. I always go in with a picture of what I would like. I feel like it is the persons job doing my nails to let me know if they are able to do what I am asking for. This gives me the opportunity to decide to stay or go elsewhere. First pic is what I asked for, the second is what I left with b/c I found that the person didn’t understand what I was asking for and also could not copy the design.
