I am beyond grateful to Dr. Constantino Mendieta for my rhinoplasty results. He took the time to understand my goals and created a natural, elegant shape that enhances my overall features. The entire process felt safe, professional, and well-managed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome.

I went for a manicure and pedicure. During the manicure everything was great—the design turned out beautiful and I really loved it. However, the technician cut my finger. The pedicure was honestly horrible. Instead of sitting comfortably, you had to pass your foot under the table to the technician. They have a very beautiful spa, but they should improve the setup for pedicures, because to me it felt very strange and uncomfortable, and it can result in hurting your feet, which are so delicate. On top of that, I found it overpriced for the quality of service.

From consultation to post-op care, Dr. Mendieta and his staff were professional and attentive. My rhinoplasty results are beautiful and natural-looking. I feel more confident in photos and in person.

I wanted a subtle improvement, not an overdone look, and Dr. Mendieta understood that perfectly. My nose looks elegant and harmonious with my features. I couldn’t be happier with my rhinoplasty outcome❤️✨

I wish I could give them 0 stars. WORSE customer service and patient care! They literally do your surgery and let you go the same night, The nurses that they assign you to follow up with you, don’t call, The owner needs a lot of training and how to handle customers and complains because she literally just responded “ OK, my team did bad but now there’s nothing I can Besides telling you that it was mistake. You need to pay more money”. NOBODY cares here, everything is only social media, They do not care about their patient. They just care about the money and that’s it. So disappointed about This company, I really thought I could trust him because they look very reliable and professional on social media. I wish I could go back and choose another company.
