Brighton Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I had wisdom teeth removal here last year. I was frustrated with the front desk for a few reasons and wrote an honest google review. After this, the office refused to provide me with my oral surgery service unless I took down my review. I already paid money out of pocket here and needed this surgery asap so my hands were tied. The day of my surgery, I arrived and was given a condescending attitude by front desk and had to delete my review right before surgery. Post surgery, the office did not send my medication to my pharmacy until many hours later. I was in excruciating pain waiting for opioids and calling the office constantly to please send my medication and they were giving me the run around. Doctor and staff working excellent. But billing department not working properly. To charge you working very fast and aggressive. Office don't start any emergency issues, before get paid, but when insurance send payment to them, they refuse return you money for any reason and stop communicating with you. Don't trust this Office. But doctors, especially Brisman, is excellent.

Had a great consultation with Dr. Fan for the extraction of my implant. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the necessary information to feel comfortable to move forward with the procedure. I had initially went to another dental office and left feeling like they just want to go ahead with the procedure and was very glad I had a second opinion with Dr. Fan and will now move forward with him for the extraction.

Getting my wisdom teeth done here! The staff is always transparent, helpful and resourceful whenever I call needing answers regarding approval for my surgery, appointment/ scheduling and anything else I needed to call about. The doctor I met with for my initial visit answered all questions and was very kind and super helpful, listened to everything I had to say.

This place doesn’t care about the patient at all. We received a denial notice from the insurance company yesterday saying the request is denied due to the tooth number in the affected area was missing in the request submitted. So I called the office first thing in the morning to see how they would handle this, because we are in need of this service. The receptionist who talked to me couldn’t provide any useful information and only mentioned that he would let his colleague who handles that matter know. I asked when I could expect an answer, he said the latest this Friday, and remind you, today is just Tuesday and I just want to know how they would handle it, not asking for the final decision from the insurance company. After this call, my phone started to receive messages from this office s
