Brighton Nail & Spa

I went to Brighton Nails and Spa yesterday with my best friend and unfortunately had a really poor experience. During our pedicures, my friend’s toe was nicked. By the next day it was showing signs of infection and pus. On my end, several of my nail beds were nicked during my manicure and actually bled. The technician applied a product that stung repeatedly where my skin had been cut. The service also felt rushed even though the salon was completely empty. The water for the pedicure was cold, and the technician didn’t perform the same steps on both feet or both hands. What was done on one side wasn’t done on the other, which made the service feel inconsistent and incomplete. I love making an appointment and coming in to see Sandy. She knows I’m somewhat picky and a pain to deal with at times and she puts up with me and listens to everything I ask. I take forever to pick a color so if she puts it on and I don’t like it she takes it right off and we pick a new one. She doesn’t ever make me feel like an inconvenience and I know she wants me to love my nails when I leave. I have never had a bad pedicure or manicure from her ever and I’m so thankful I found her!

Went with my friend for manicures, the place was very clean. All the staff was very polite and meticulous with their work. Quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The deluxe pedicure you only get 2 towls but before it was more. The salon is clean but expensive for low quality. My friend and I head 2 deluxe pedicure. My friend has a better pedicure than I did. Mine felt rushed. I will return but I might just have the younger girl do my pedicure again. The prices always changes. It keeps going up, but nothing changes. Take your money elsewhere. Or go next door.

Sandy is legit the only person I will come to for mani/pedis dips ect. Her work is amazing and it shows. She always makes sure I’m happy with my mani and her communication is out of this world. She will make sure you have what you want. Book with Sandy you will be super happy when you leave 😀
