I placed a bulk order of hair dye (like I always do) back in March, and 3 out of 4 of the tubes I bought were black upon first open. I didn’t open them all immediately after purchase, so they were sitting for 7 months prior to attempting to use all of them, but I have never in the last 5 years had an issue with age, some tubes not being used for over a year without any problem. They were all stored at an appropriate temperature and should have a longer shelf life than 7 months. Customer Service refused to help, stating the age of the dye was the cause of the problem. I asked them to reconsider given that they dye was properly stored and the amount of money I’ve spent over the years, and also the amount I lost out of my $75 order and they ignored my follow up. Im still waiting for my order purchased on Feb 6, 2026. No updates, no information. Will never order from here again.

First time order 1 week ago. 1 email that they received the order. I reached out to them today and got a text telling me that one of the products are not in stock. They have had over a week to ship it. Not very consumer friendly as they do not value my importance as a customer. I do not recommend them.

My return is taking forever. I sent the items back and it was delivered to you two weeks ago. I also sent an email a week ago confirming and asking for the status of my refund with NO response. I am waiting to close that account until this refund is processed. Seems like this is a trend for your company. An update would be great.. Order #340195871
