Bright Nail Spa

Had 2 great experiences recently! In June I went for a 4th of july manicure and Tracey suggested a UV gel overlay. The stars and stripes looked so cute and held up really well Went back today and Nita did my fill. I had an inspo picture for the blue nails with the flowers, and she knocked it out of the park. I am obsessed with them. I'll be back!

Hi I never write reviews but this is honestly ridiculous. I went here 2 days ago with my grandma and aunt. the whole time the woman who was doing my nails kept checking her watch and honestly seemed bothered. I got a french tip acrylic set and i’m not even joking when i saw all but 3 of my nails have / are about to fall off. Keep in mind I went 2 days ago!!! not to mention the shape is bad( I asked for square) ,the nails are lumpy . and there IS HAIR IN THE NAIL. (seen in pic!) I know it’s not my hair because mine is long and blonde. Just thought it was crazy to pay almost $100 for nails to last a day or 2.

So definitely not happy… and very disappointed. I went Wednesday (02/22) for a dip manicure. I normally go to Kim’s Nails in Huntingdon Valley. But my friend recommended here.. so I tried them. My nails literally chipped 30 minutes after walking out. I called they said I could come back, so I found time Thursday (02/23) and got the 3 nails fixed. (Left hand thumb and middle finger, right hand pointer finger). I requested the whole set be redone because I felt they were going to chip as well. However the lady refused to do it and only fixed the chipped ones. Now (Friday 02/24) my right middle finger, right thumb and left pointer finger are now chipped. Am I suppose to find time to go back again?? Disappointed, will not be going back. Waste of money and time.

Good nails every time but lately I been going and my nails are falling off less then a weak later. Very brittle, 2 nails cracked clean across and sides chipping off. With the amount of money I pay I would love for them to last. Design and paint always good though. Tracey is very good The guy is great, sorry don't kno his name but he takes his time a real perfectionist. He did my Christmas nails and they still look pretty good a few weeks later

I’ve been to this salon several times per my mom’s recommendation as she’s had positive experience here. I’ve never had any significant issues or complaints with this salon before and usually was pretty satisfied with my nails. I came on 05/23/23 as a walk-in to get mani/padi with spa. Both of my nails and toes were done within 2 hours. When I left my gel nail polish was see through with patches but I still paid full price and gave 20% tip. Over the course of the next few days my nail polish started to chip from nails and I got paronychia of my big toe. It hasn’t even been a week then and for the price I was charged, that is not the outcome I expected. I guess it depends on who is doing the nails but things should not be rushed and done properly.
