Bridgewater Massage and Wellness

I have appreciated the excellent treatment I’ve received every time I’ve gone to Bridgewater Massage over a number of years. Each therapist has been great . This time it was Ellen who is skilled and very professional, giving me much needed help for some trouble areas.

The yoga classes here are the best! I’ve taken yoga for years, and these instructors are top notch. Each class is different, and they always offer modifications for any level of ability. These classes are a key part of my self care!!

Yesterday I had the first massage I have had in at least 10 years and all I can say is oh my goodness! The whole experience was amazing! Rebecca was so in tune with where my body needed work and finding my trouble places. She is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and just plain sweet. I feel like it's an awesome complement to the fascial manipulation treatment I have been getting, and will help me feel and move even better. I am planning to do this more regularly, and drag my husband along as well! Thanks so much for offering such a great service and a wonderful setting.

Ellen is a wonderful practitioner. My muscles felt so much better after the massage. The hot stones are a nice part of the massage as well.
