I had long hair for a long time and was nervous to get it cut. I’m glad I chose this spot - Emma makes my hair look great every time.

I called as a last minute walk-in on a Sunday. Joe was kind enough to accommodate. The atmosphere is nice, decorated for Halloween, and clean. Joe asked for clarification prior to cutting to make sure I would be happy with my cut, which I really appreciate. He did a great job, was thorough, and finished with a nice straight blade and warm shaving cream on the back of the neck which was an awesome touch. I was just getting my head shaved, but I intend on coming back to get other cuts as well. I recommend trying them out.

Booked an appointment was told that if I missed it I would be charged. So I showed up ahead of time. Sat there for 10 minutes just find out that the person that I had the appointment with was not coming in today. So I rebooked an appointment and showed up and told her what had happened. I guess she didn’t like that I complained about not getting a call or text telling me that she was going to be out that day. So she gave me a bad haircut I guess so I would not come back
