Brick Haven Spa

Brick Haven is a great spa experience. I have had facials and a couples massage. The rooms are so comfortable and both were wonderful. I go regularly for manicures and spa pedicures. My favorite nail tech is Hannah Mosley. She is great, she also does facials and the Japanese head spa. I haven’t tried that last one yet but it looks very relaxing. Everyone there is very nice, you can’t go wrong choosing any service there.

I had a custom facial done. Sammie was amazing!! Such a beautiful relaxing experience. 1 tiny critique, is the people in the front could have been just a little more professional. They were very nice, but also very loud in talking about things that probably shouldn't be talked about in front of the customers. Like I said they were very nice and it's nice to see people loving the people they work with and having fun, it just could have been a touch more professional. I will definitely be back though!!

Ive been here a few times. Today for a tattoo for my husband and I. Sammie was wonderful. She was personable and very professional. It was a great experience. The facility was warm and welcoming. Id also like to add, I do believe I was there 3 weeks ago for my consultation and witnessed the lady, her daughter, and mother leaving. While the waiting room isn't large my husband stood so they could sit her comment to him was...its fine I've been sitting all day. The chairs they do have are comfortable and they provide snacks. Also...the front desk girls were friendly and anything but loud. I hate for anyone to get the wrong impression of this wonderful place. We will definitely return.

Had a wonderful experience getting a custom facial done by Sammie! Was looking to get a facial done for my birthday to get some relaxation and to get some help with my blackheads. She helped me understand my skin type and what I need to do to reduce breakouts. It was my very first time ever getting a facial and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and pampered.

I made an appointment supposedly with the "manager" of the Columbus location according to someone named Julie for an all over color at the Chillicothe location. I made this appointment February 10th. Should be an open and shut thing right? Wrong. I get to my appointment and sit in the chair and explain to the stylist that I want to go blonde. She then proceeded to tell me it's impossible because I did not book a long enough appointment.... so I then speak to the "manager" who gives me the response that it is my fault I did not book the "correct" appointment. How in the world is it my fault when I specified an all over color? She then tells me that the stylist did not have the time because she did not secure child care. Well I informed her that my husband took the day off of work so I cou
