Just a heads up to anyone thinking of coming here, they probably won't accept you unless you already go there all the time. Herb literally gave my spouse his 1st haircut (shaved Bart Simpson on his head lol) and same thing for my step son. My spouse has been going to him on and off for 35+ years. Herb is literally his mother's cousin. But apparently that wasn't enough to get in the door because he hadn't gone in the last 4 months. Which sucked as our car was in the shop & they were the only decent shop in walking distance. Guess they'll be closing down soon. Probably for the best if this is how they treat long time customers and family. ):

I highly recommend this location. Herb is a professional and friendly stylist. The energy in this salon was positive and inviting. The consult was to the point and very informational. Herb knows his craft and art. My color looks amazing. I love his technique especially since my hair has a mind of its own and falls where it wants. I can part it down the middle or sides and you would not be able to tell that wasn't my normal part line because of his technique. His assistant, Ashlyn, also did very well. She listens to him and projects what he wants to a "T". I am a very happy client.

Brian Christopher salon is conveniently located in downtown Kernersvile. Herb and Carol have created a bright, friendly, and welcoming environment. I always look forward to my appointment so I can see everyone at the salon. They are all so nice and fun and professional. Donna is an outstanding stylist. I always love my haircut. There are not enough good words to describe this place. Herb is among the finest individuals I have ever met and his lovely wife Carol is the same! So glad I found this little gem a few years ago. True professionalism, expertise and service with a genuine smile. My hair has never looked or felt better. I am a forever loyal client!
