Make sure it's your final decision before you book this place. No refunds available.. No matter if you change your mind, the date or cancel all together in a year in advance, you still won't get you money back. I cancelled a whole year in advance explaining I want gonna need the building, she offered another day for the building, no refund. I'm not gonna need the building because I'm downsizing and it's gonna hella hot inside of a metal building. Had to change things around. Told her all of this.. no refund.. so make sure this building is what you want and need especially if you booking months or year in advance. Other than that.. It's an ok building for night parties maybe. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️PS I couldn't find a website or FB page that states policies so book at your own risk 😞
