I absolutely cannot to begin to explain the love that I have for Kylie. She is an absolute amazing amazing hair stylist and I’ve only ever trusted her doing my hair. Ever since moving to NC I haven’t had a single person besides myself touch my hair and I miss getting my hair done by her. When you walk in your not just greeted by her everyone even the clients say hi to you. She is absolutely amazing. I’ve had countless times of fun with her while in the chair and countless times of me messing my own hair up and Kylie coming in clutch and fixing it for me. I have yet to find a hair stylist down here that makes me feel and comfortable and safe with my hair in their hands. She is an absolute golden woman, kind, gentle, caring, and most of all hard working. She is an absolutely amazing stylist

bri and kylie have always had my back even when i would call them crying last min that i needed my hair extensions fixed and one little piece fell out and would always fit me in last min even if it was on kylie’s lunch break. i have never had a bad experience here. kylie has always made me feel and look my best when doing my hair and giving me recommendations and being completly transparent to me when i would ask them what i should do next. kylie goes above and beyond for her clients and communicates everything she will be doing and how she is doing it during her services so you are left with no surprises. i have never felt more comfortable with a person or in a salon than i do at bri richard’s with kylie. imagine your stylists giving up her lunch break on a 9hour-10 hour day just to fix y

Kylie has been doing my hair for years now and continuously proceeds to do an outstanding job. She is very knowledgeable in her field and my hair has truly transformed over the years. Everyone in this salon is very friendly and welcoming, I will never go anywhere else!

Nickie’s hair stylings are creative and classy. She is also a talented makeup artist. The salon is a great space, clean, and very comfortable professional atmosphere.
