I took my first hot yoga class and Asherdee was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and guides you through each pose in an encouraging, supportive way, while still challenging you enough to get the most out of the class. The studio itself is beautiful, inviting, and peaceful. I was nervous to try hot yoga since I am new to it, but I have zero regrets. I’ve discovered something I truly enjoy doing for myself, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Give Breathe In Serenity a try - you won’t be disappointed!

Every summer we look forward to our massages 💗. This summer I had to fly back home for a tennis tournament and was having some limited shoulder motion. Asherdee helped immensely increasing my range of motion so much so that my serve was a huge improvement in speed! I am so thankful for all she does to help my body feel better each time I have an appointment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
