Brea Nails - Spring Valley

I really be trying to give the nail shops the benefit of the doubt because I know they are busy at all times of the day. But I feel I should always get what I’m paying for. Your client should leave happy and satisfied with the work she/he just received. I’ve been coming back and forth to the nail shop since I was a teenager. My mother and sisters use to go there as well. My last 5-6 visits to Nail Studio has really been a huge disappointment. First, they will have you sit and have someone come start your service and then snatch them away and have someone else come and try to complete their work because they want to put that person with someone else. I am a very simple girl when it comes to my nails and toes. Usually white or French tip and square shape. Really couldn’t be any more simple.

Nail tech Tammy is awesome , I don't give it a 1 star because of her. It's the young girl that is the receptionist if you could call her that. She is horrible at her job. They need to get someone that has customer service background. She needs to learn to communicate with the techs and customers. I had an apt on Wednesday December 24th at 3 pm she tries to tell me, and another customer that she called us but she didn't no missed calls for one how could she get our phone numbers if they had a blackout? No electricity she said it went out at 1:30 pm but the tech had already left before 2 pm. No one called she lied. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I had a terrible experience at your salon. I came in for a fill, and literally as soon as I left, my nails started popping off. I returned the very next day to get them fixed, but was told there was no time to see me. When I asked for a refund, the woman at the front desk—who was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional—told me I wouldn’t get one unless I allowed the technician a chance to fix the issue. I explained that I did give you a chance by coming back the very next day, and you still didn’t have time. At that point, I said I just wanted my money back. Instead of resolving the issue, she hung up the phone on me. I’m not concerned financially because I’ve already stopped payment, but I’m disgus

I had lauren as my nail tech she did a really good job and the customer service was excellent!! definitely would recommend coming here
