BRC Day Spa & Sauna Resort

Definitely not like it was before, must’ve walked up to the bar four times before they had empty tea cups in order to order one for myself. The bathroom definitely didn’t smell like they were clean. The food was good like it always is but the shish kebab sauce was definitely watered down. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if they changed the chef or the Owner/manager And also, what happened to the idea of the server coming to you so you can order food?! Now you have to walk up to the bar and order your own food?! Seems like the price is going up with inflation, but the service is declining. If you raise the prices, at least keep the service the same.

I will also add that the uncleanliness extended to the restroom located in the same area.- During my visit to BRC Day Spa, I had treatment appointments and explored various general area options. The spa offers two ways to visit - through appointments for treatments or by paying to use the facilities which include wet/dry saunas, a Turkish sauna, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, showers, resting room, and a dining area. The food was fresh and beautifully presented, but the general use areas felt somewhat lacking in cleanliness for the $60 fee. Visited BRC Bath House on 1/18/26. I’ve been coming here for six years, and this visit was very different. Nick, Denis, and Raquel were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. They made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. One of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had here. The staff truly makes all the difference.

We had a great experience enjoying the facilities over the weekend and engaging in many sauna/cold plunge rounds. If you are looking for a more relaxing experience, then I would not recommend coming on a weekend during the day as it gets VERY crowded and they happen to allow children. Had I known that in advance, I would have come during the week or in the evening. There were a lot of children everywhere, and boy were they loud! We were in the "relaxation" room and I could hear them screaming and running. Otherwise, before it got too crowded, we really did enjoy ourselves and felt very refreshed. The food is also delicious! So surprising but very welcomed.

BRC Spa is definitely a must-visit if you need a relaxing day with family or friends.
