They are never open at the time they say they would be. Very unprofessional and then get attitude when confronted about the it.

My experience with this business wasn't a good the quality of my hair horrible I went in for knotness braids and came out with basically a ponytail i am so angry and it's a whole day later. I think and this isn't against all young people but they rushed my hair ever again will go there

I been this to this shop previously in the past I loved it despite minor issues. I personally feel like the customer service and braiding service has changed dramatically. They always make little requests harder than the actual request when you are paying with your money. When I asked for a color or a style, they either say they can’t do the style and don’t include a lot of color per request. Instead of having a full conversation with the customer, they choose to talk about you and your hair in their native language. I think it’s best to take your money somewhere else.
