I have to say my experience with Brazilian waxing was superb. From the moment I walked into the establishment, which was very nice and clean, I was greeted by Karem, my esthetician. When I say I love, love her professionalism and personality—1000/10! Since it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, I was very nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you, Karem—I will definitely be back!😃❤️

I’ve been coming to RIO for the last three years and never had an issue. Lorena was impeccable when it came to Brazilian waxes. Since it’s under new management now, I decided to give the new company a try, especially since I needed a wax for my wedding. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I still had hairs left in my bikini area, and there was wax stuck to my bottom. It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. If anyone has Lorena’s number or knows where she went, please let me know. She truly is the best.
