Brazilian wax and spa by Claudia NE Columbia

Ive been coming to this location since the Devine location changed management and I moved to this side of town. However my most recent appointment, I was 8 minutes later. I can take accountability for my tardiness. Once I arrived, the receptionist informed me that since I was late, I could only get one service done. I declined, as I like to have my services completed together. I can respect the policy but had an instance where my esthetician was between 10-15 minutes late. They completed my services with no problem. However, when the customer is late, they cannot accommodate. My esthetician is always great so this is in no way bashing her.

Today was super amazing. Kayla is the best, hands down. She makes you feel comfortable and educates you on everything. I love how detailed she is, and she is a great listener and very detail-oriented. Not to mention, she has a beautiful personality and aura. Unlike the other locations, they make you feel at home. The place's aesthetic is beautiful. The receptionist was so sweet and loved her energy! I can't wait to tell my friends and sorority sisters about Kayla and this location!! I highly recommend that you don't walk, but run to this location. You will not be disappointed!

Great location. Consistent with being able to schedule. Clean. Friendly, just be on time they will charge you and cancel your apt like no wiggle room or that card being charged. I been going to this location over 3 years now. Convient. Price does increase bout twice a year. She is patient and has great vibes energy and she is a girls girl!!

I go to wax by claudia all the time in Harbinson. I decided to try this one and already from the pone call the demeanor wasn’t friendly. I was parked in front of a building and couldn’t find the suite the suite was located upstairs like i said this is my first time here so i needed help finding the suite. I arrive and The staff was Very uninviting and had an attitude with me. Amongst walk in the wax specialist didn’t even say hello and proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have time for my service but can do another that i didn’t book for. Mind you i was 5 mins late and was on the phone with them asking for directions. I honestly felt she didn’t want to do it in the first place. I felt uncomfortable and left, very disappointing.

Didn’t enjoy my experience at all! My esthetician had an attitude & seemed annoyed when I tried to make conversation to ease my mind. Also, the wax felt very rushed & not as thorough. She also left a lot of wax pieces on my lady bits & butt. I wished I had taken the drive & went back to the Gervais Street Location.
