Professional, clean, and comfortable. I have been getting waxed here for years and it's the only place I go for my waxing services. Creshenda and Kayla are absolutely the best and are the only girls I book with. They always do a quick and clean job, I'm never left with hair behind, or redness when I walk out. As someone who has been waxing for 20 years, they are the only ones I want waxing me. Thanks girls!

Came an hour prior to closing as a walk in with no customer waiting just be told I can’t be seen. I told her I could wait no one even here but she insist I come back next week. I asked about other locations and she said she doesn’t know about the others closing hours. Nevertheless, I googled Harbison location, booked the appointment and was seen within 15mins. Harbison staff is much better they even offered me something to drink and informed me they do free touch ups. Something Lexington never offered. Besides Harbison made sure the service is done to your satisfaction! Shoutout to Danielle in Harbison as she’s the best!!!

Amazing clean, quite, relaxing. The ladies make you feel at ease and aren't in a rush. Definitely the least painful wax ive ever gotten, and so very reasonably priced. I was able to get a last min appt too which is awesome.

The staff and facility are very nice, but I’m a bit disappointed with the end result. There are a couple of spots on my leg that were missed and there is still a decent amount of stubble left behind. Although the location is great and staff is nice, I probably won’t return for waxing service. Update to note response for owner: Hi, thanks for your reply. My appointment was on May 21 at 5:10 pm with Sarah. I believe they had my name spelled wrong - no big deal, happens all the time since my name has an unusual spelling!

This place is amazing!! Very clean friendly employees that work there. I have to give a shout out to my favorite waxer there...Cryshenda always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Love her!!! Always smiling. I definitely recommend going there.
